Upload Install and launch Uploader software to begin the upload wizard. Follow the simple six step process to identify and upload your data for processing and loading. Select your project and time zone for processing and the software automatically compresses and uploads your data.
Process File conversion during upload includes: Near Native Rendering of Native Files to HTML, OCR (non-text embedded image files), Duplicate Files Identified (MD5 hash value calculations for file identification), Extract/Flatten (50+ standard file types), Extract Metadata (file and email attributes, etc.), Extract Text (if available) and Extract Attachments from Emails.
Review Once your data is ready for review you will receive a “Data Ready" email notification to login to CloudNine Review and review your data online. Immediately perform Full Text and Meta Data Searches and perform Data Filtering & Analytics on Email Domains, File Types and Keywords.
